What is the difference between a guest and user account?

Every customer can purchase the video as a guest or user.

Guest: For purchasing as a guest you just need to enter your email address, and you will receive an email containing your credentials:
                   Username: guest
                   Password: 20-digit number 
These credentials ensure access to the video content you purchased for the period you subscribed to.

User: User account is an upgrade of a guest account. How to open user account? 
The credentials emailed to you when you created the user account will ensure you access to all videos that you purchased logged in with that username and password, across different devices or computers.
And on your user account (logged on www.invideous.com) you can find 
                  - History of all transactions made
                  - History of receipts received
                  - Cancel subscription button
                  - Change password option
                  - Manage payment methods (add or remove payment options) 


How to create a user account?

Option 1:

Step 1
: Please sign up at www.invideous.com (click on the Sign up button on the top of the page)

Step 2: Fill in the fields

  • Full name
  • Username you prefer
  • Email address
  • Password
  • Repeat password

*The transactions made as a guest (while using the same email address used to create the user account) will be transferred to your user account

Option 2:
You can also create a user account when purchasing subscription for the first time, 

Step 1: Please choose the video you want to watch

Step 2: Wait for the PayWall to appear

Step 3: Enter your email address

*Your guest access credentials will be sent to your (username: "guest" and his 20 digit password) i.e. you are purchasing as a guest. 

Step 4: At the end of the transaction you will be prompted to open a User account (an account on invideous.com). 

Enter your preferred username and password.

How to manage my user account?

Go to: www.invideous.com and login with your access credentials. In the top left section of the web page the following four tabs are located. 

Home Tab will lead you to the Invideous home page

Settings Tab

In this section you can manage your account information: 

          Personal Information – name, email address, gender, date of birth and photo

          Password Management – you can change your password 

           Currency Management – set up a primary currency (your balance and the transactions listed in the Transaction Tab will be displayed in the currency you chose)

           Credit Card Management  - here you can manage your payment methods 

           Address Management 


Transactions Tab

You can see details about all transactions that you have made. This includes regular transactions, subscriptions and playlists.

*If you click on Receipt button, you will see details for that specific transaction in the popup window, with the possibility to print it or download as PDF.

* You can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking on the Cancel button
